GROZNY, June 27 (RIA Novosti) - A car packed with explosives has blown up in the capital of Chechnya injuring one policeman, the regional Interior Ministry said Tuesday.
The ministry said no civilians were injured in the explosion, which occurred near the ministry's office in Grozny.
Police have disabled an explosive device in another car nearby.
