MOSCOW, July 2 (RIA Novosti) - President of Russia Vladimir Putin has submitted a convention making bribery a criminal offence to the lower house of parliament for ratification, the presidential press office said Sunday.
The business bribery convention was prepared by the Council of Europe and signed by Russia in 1999.
