KAZAN, July 7 (RIA Novosti) - KamAZ [RTS: KMAZ], Russia's largest truck producer, said Friday its sales had increased by 36% year-on-year in January-June to 18,500 trucks.
"A total of 25.3 billion rubles [$937 million] worth of products was delivered to consumers, which is 27.6% more than in the same period last year," the company said.
The company exported 4,500 trucks, 22,700 engines and transmission units (up 34%), and components worth 3.5 billion rubles (almost $130 million) during the period.
