STRELNA (near St. Petersburg), July 16 (RIA Novosti)-Russia's finance minister said Sunday that Russia would reach the 2004 GDP per capita levels of France and Germany in 2030.
Alexei Kudrin said that although the targeted year might not seem any time soon, it "is already in the foreseeable future for today's generation."
He produced data from investment bank Goldman Sachs that said Russia would be in the world's top six in terms of GDP per capita by 2050.
