STRELNA, July 16 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's finance minister said Sunday he was convinced that his country would complete talks on its accession to the World Trade Organization with the United States.
"Agreements will be undoubtedly reached," Alexei Kudrin said. "I do not think the U.S. will block Russia's accession to the WTO over one or two issues that have been coordinated with other countries. I believe this is not in U.S. interests."
