GROZNY, July 17 (RIA Novosti) - Two people have been killed and one wounded in a shootout in the center of Chechnya's capital, Grozny, police said Monday.
"The circumstances of what happened are still unclear, [and] investigators are working on the site," a police source said.
Chechnya's prosecutor Valery Kuznetsov confirmed the incident, saying a Muslim organization official and his brother had been killed.
