MOSCOW, July 17 (RIA Novosti) - Petrocommerce Bank [RTS: PETR] said in a statement Monday that the total value of its assets had grown 25% in the first half of 2006 to 97.3 billion rubles ($3.6 billion).
The bank's equity capital gained 20% over the period, reaching 12.6 billion rubles ($467.9 million) as of July 1, the statement said.
Petrocommerce Bank's credit portfolio expanded by 20% to 57.6 billion rubles ($2.1 billion), while clients' capital, including deposits of individuals, climbed 34% to 66 billion rubles ($2.5 billion).
