MOSCOW, July 21 (RIA Novosti) - Five Russians who were murdered last month in Iraq by an al-Qaeda-linked group have been awarded the Order of Courage posthumously, Russia's Foreign Ministry said Friday.
One embassy employee was shot June 3 in an attack on a diplomatic car. Four others were executed after being abducted.
After the Foreign Ministry officially confirmed the diplomats' murder on June 27, President Vladimir Putin gave orders for the culprits to be found and killed.
