Two of the planes, carrying 214 people, had stopped over in Syria on their way to Moscow, and one, carrying 40, arrived via Cyprus, the ministry said.
The evacuation from the Middle East state, which has been subjected to Israeli air and missile strikes for eleven days, was launched Tuesday. Russia has evacuated more than 1,650 of its nationals and citizens of former Soviet republics.
The Russian Embassy in Beirut said most Russian citizens wishing to leave Lebanon have now been evacuated.
At least 300 people are thought to have died and hundreds of thousands displaced in Lebanon since Israel launched military action on July 12 after Islamic militant group Hizbollah captured two Israeli servicemen in a cross-border raid. Over 30 Israelis have also lost their lives.
