MOSCOW, August 7 (RIA Novosti) - Commercial investment bank Nomos said Monday its net profit calculated to Russian Accounting Standards rose 370% year-on-year in the first half of 2006 to 856.84 million rubles (about $31.7 million).
Nomos Bank, which is on a list of the country's top 30 banks published by the Central Bank, said its assets had grown 17.8% since the beginning of the year to 87.91 billion rubles ($3.26 billion) and its shareholder equity had expanded 4.8% to 7.46 billion rubles ($276 million).
