DUSHANBE, August 18 (RIA Novosti) - Earth tremors measuring six on the Richter scale partially cut off electricity supplies in the Tajik capital Friday, the local seismic station said.
The emergencies services said no damage was reported from the earthquake that hit Dushanbe in the afternoon. The epicenter of the quake was 10-15 km (6-9 miles) southeast of the city.
