MOSCOW, August 21 (RIA Novosti) - Petrocommerz Bank, a leading commercial bank in Russia, said Monday it will float three-year bonds worth 3 billion rubles (about $112 million) on the Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange (MICEX) on August 29.
Petrocommerz Bank, which is on a list of the country's top 30 banks published by the Central Bank, said earlier it would place 3 million Series 02 unconvertible interest-bearing documentary bearer bonds with a par value of 1,000 rubles (about $37) each on the MICEX stock exchange via public subscription.
Petrocommerz Bank, with assets of 72.8 billion rubles (about $2.7 billion) and shareholder equity of 9.7 billion rubles (about $359 million) on October 1, 2005, said the bonds would mature 1,098 days after their placement.
