The current generation of coal miners is keeping and multiplying the remarkable traditions of their predecessors. The industry's consistent modernization and the efforts to strengthen its positions on the world market are among the most important tasks today, the letter says.
The letter also says the successful implementation of these tasks, the competence and experience of the coal industry's workers are important to ensure the stable operation of industrial enterprises, the housing and public utility sector and strengthen the state's energy security.
