Telekom Srpske provides fixed and mobile telecommunications services and is 65% owned by the state.
"The decision [to buy the stake] has not been yet made, and will be made after we analyze everything," said Anna Boiko, the company's PR director.
Bosnia's government announced the tender in August, and applications will be accepted until October 4. Under the terms of the tender, the winner is to invest 50 million euros ($64 million) in the company within a year after the purchase of the stake.
