MOSCOW, September 29 (RIA Novosti) - The Moscow Arbitration Court threw out Friday a 286-million ruble ($10.7 million) claim by the Rosbusiness Consulting (RBC) news agency against Business News Media, the publisher of Vedomosti, a business daily, over alleged copyright infringement.
The court also rejected RBK's petition to conduct a linguistic examination of disputed materials.
