MOSCOW, October 8 (RIA Novosti) - Unidentified individuals have stolen a large sum of money and personal items from a car belonging to a Canadian citizen in northwestern Moscow, a police source said Sunday.
According to a police report, the criminals broke in the Canadian businessman's car parked near an apartment building on Khoroshevskoye Shosse on Saturday, and stole a bag containing $3,000, a digital camera and a digital camcorder.
The victim has estimated the damage at 107,000 rubles (about $4,000).
The police have launched a search for the criminals and an investigation into the incident.
