Foreign currency exchange rates as fixed by the Central Bank of Russia for October 10

MOSCOW, October 9 (RIA Novosti) - The following rates of exchange of foreign currencies to the ruble of the Russian Federation have been fixed for the purposes of accounting and customs duty payments from October 10, 2006:

1 Australian dollar - 19.9995 rubles

1,000 Belarusian rubles - 12.5548 rubles

10 Danish krones - 45.4462 rubles

1 euro - 33.8757 rubles

100 Icelandic krones - 39.2984 rubles

100 Kazakh tenges - 21.0798 rubles

1 Canadian dollar - 23.8742 rubles

10 Chinese yuan - 34.0163 rubles

10 Norwegian krones - 40.3056 rubles

1 Singapore dollar - 16.9046 rubles

1 British pound sterling - 50.3147 rubles

1 US dollar - 26.8919 rubles

1 new Turkish lira - 17.9041 rubles

10 Ukrainian hryvnias - 53.1524 rubles

10 Swedish kronas - 36.5245 rubles

1 Swiss franc - 21.3428 rubles

100 Japanese yen - 22.5471 rubles

1 unit of conditional drawing rights - 39.7215 rubles

The foreign currency exchange rates to the ruble of the Russian Federation entail no obligation on the part of the Bank of Russia to buy or sell the currencies according to the above rates.
