GROZNY, October 11 (RIA Novosti) - A powerful blast hit the Chechen capital Wednesday evening, the Interior Ministry of the troubled Russian republic in the North Caucasus said.
A bomb located in the garage of an abandoned building facing the republic's Culture Ministry exploded in Grozny's Leninsky District, breaking windows and damaging the ministry's facade and three cars in front of it.
