Foreign currency exchange rates as fixed by the Central Bank of Russia for October 14

MOSCOW, October 13 (RIA Novosti) - The following rates of exchange of foreign currencies to the ruble of the Russian Federation have been fixed for the purposes of accounting and customs duty payments from October 14, 2006:

1 Australian dollar - 20.2282 rubles

1,000 Belarusian rubles - 12.5734 rubles

10 Danish krones - 45.3895 rubles

1 US dollar - 26.9314 rubles

1 euro - 33.8393 rubles

100 Icelandic krones - 39.4368 rubles

100 Kazakh tenges - 21.0855 rubles

1 Canadian dollar - 23.7616 rubles

10 Chinese yuan - 34.0731 rubles

1 new Turkish lira - 18.2834 rubles

10 Norwegian krones - 40.0813 rubles

1 unit of conditional drawing rights - 39.5213 rubles

1 Singapore dollar - 17.0064 rubles

10 Ukrainian hryvnias - 53.1936 rubles

1 British pound sterling - 50.1193 rubles

10 Swedish kronas - 36.5172 rubles

1 Swiss franc - 21.2409 rubles

100 Japanese yen - 22.5613 rubles

The foreign currency exchange rates to the ruble of the Russian Federation entail no obligation on the part of the Bank of Russia to buy or sell the currencies according to the above rates.
