MOSCOW, October 18 (RIA Novosti) - Uralsib Bank, a leading Russian regional commercial bank, will obtain a $200 million syndicated loan, the bank's press office said.
Uralsib Bank, which is on the Central Bank's list of Russia's top thirty banks, will authorize Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Commerzbank, Dresdner Kleinwort, Raiffeisen Zentralbank and SMBC Europe to syndicate the loan for a term of 18 months.
The loan, Uralsib's first syndicated loan for a term of more than 12 months and its third syndicated loan since the beginning of 2006, will carry an interest rate of LIBOR+0.70%.
Uralsib said earlier in the year it intended to attract the loans to finance foreign trade contracts of its corporate clients.
