Foreign currency exchange rates as fixed by the Central Bank of Russia for October 19

MOSCOW, October 18 (RIA Novosti) - The following rates of exchange of foreign currencies to the ruble of the Russian Federation have been fixed for the purposes of accounting and customs duty payments from October 19, 2006:

1 Australian dollar - 20.3232 rubles

1,000 Belarusian rubles - 12.5718 rubles

10 Danish krones - 45.3080 rubles

1 US dollar - 26.9288 rubles

1 euro - 33.7983 rubles

100 Icelandic krones - 39.4099 rubles

100 Kazakh tenges - 21.0698 rubles

1 Canadian dollar - 23.6238 rubles

10 Chinese yuan - 34.0526 rubles

1 new Turkish lira - 18.1645 rubles

10 Norwegian krones - 39.9075 rubles

1 unit of conditional drawing rights - 39.5649 rubles

1 Singapore dollar - 17.0857 rubles

10 Ukrainian hryvnias - 53.2095 rubles

1 British pound sterling - 50.4161 rubles

10 Swedish kronas - 36.4597 rubles

1 Swiss franc - 21.2422 rubles

100 Japanese yen - 22.7247 rubles

The foreign currency exchange rates to the ruble of the Russian Federation entail no obligation on the part of the Bank of Russia to buy or sell the currencies according to the above rates.
