MOSCOW, October 18 (RIA Novosti) - Sibakadembank said Wednesday it will place interest-bearing, non-convertible documentary bonds worth 3 billion rubles ($110 million).
The bank said placement will start October 24, and a total of 3 million bonds will be issued with a face value of 1,000 rubles ($37) each.
The bonds will have a 1,820-day maturity and a placement price of 1,000 rubles (100% of par value).
Sibakadembank was founded in 1990. As of September 1, 2006, its net assets stood at 52.1 billion rubles ($1.95 billion) and its equity at 7.82 billion rubles ($290 million).
