Foreign currency exchange rates as fixed by the Central Bank of Russia for October 21

MOSCOW, October 20 (RIA Novosti) - The following rates of exchange of foreign currencies to the ruble of the Russian Federation have been fixed for the purposes of accounting and customs duty payments from October 21, 2006:

1 Australian dollar - 20.4175 rubles

1,000 Belarusian rubles - 12.5362 rubles

10 Danish krones - 45.4693 rubles

1 US dollar - 26.8510 rubles

1 euro - 33.9048 rubles

100 Icelandic krones - 39.4752 rubles

100 Kazakh tenges - 21.0050 rubles

1 Canadian dollar - 23.8041 rubles

10 Chinese yuan - 33.9671 rubles

1 new Turkish lira - 18.3534 rubles

10 Norwegian krones - 40.1781 rubles

1 unit of conditional drawing rights - 39.4946 rubles

1 Singapore dollar - 17.0754 rubles

10 Ukrainian hryvnias - 53.0317 rubles

1 British pound sterling - 50.4101 rubles

10 Swedish kronas - 36.7158 rubles

1 Swiss franc - 21.3374 rubles

100 Japanese yen - 22.6820 rubles

The foreign currency exchange rates to the ruble of the Russian Federation entail no obligation on the part of the Bank of Russia to buy or sell the currencies according to the above rates.
