MOSCOW, October 31 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's average monthly pension grew 11.7% year-on-year in September 2006 to 2,835 rubles (about $105), the top statistics agency said Tuesday.
Russia's pensions grew 6.1% year-on-year in January-September 2006, the State Statistics Service said.
