MOSCOW, October 31 (RIA Novosti) - Unified Energy System [RTS: EESR] increased its net profit by 51.7% in July-September 2006, quarter-on-quarter, to 10.7 billion rubles ($399.5 million) according to Russian Accounting Standards, the Russian electricity monopoly said Tuesday.
