MOSCOW, November 5 (RIA Novosti) - President Vladimir Putin has signed the federal laws on ratifying inter-governmental treaties with Chile and India on cooperation in space exploration, the Kremlin press office said Sunday.
Both laws were adopted by the State Duma, the lower house of Russia's parliament, on October 20, 2006 and approved by the Federation Council, the upper chamber of the country's parliament, on October 27, 2006.
