MOSCOW, November 8 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's bankrupt Yukos Oil Company [RTS: YUKO] has increased its share of Rosneft's common stock to 9.44%, the state-run company said Wednesday.
Rosneft said earlier it had completed the company's reorganization by consolidating 12 subsidiaries, including Yuganskneftegaz, Yukos's former core production unit.
After Rosneft gained control over Yuganskneftegaz, Yukos swapped its preferred shares in the company for Rosneft common shares, becoming a minority shareholder in Rosneft.
