MOSCOW, November 23 (RIA Novosti) - LUKoil [RTS: LKOH], Russia's largest oil company, will issue two series of ruble-denominated bonds totaling 14 billion rubles ($525 million) later this month, the company said Thursday.
The third and fourth series, in a volume of 8 billion rubles ($300) and 6 billion rubles ($225 million) with par value of 1,000 rubles ($37) per bond, were registered by the Federal Service for Financial Markets earlier Thursday, the company's press-service said.
The issues will be placed at an auction on MICEX, with ABN AMRO Bank as the underwriter.
LUKoil CEO Vagit Alekperov earlier said the company planned to place the issues in November, without giving dates.
