ROSTOV-ON-DON, December 3 (RIA Novosti) - Electric power supply in Dagestan in Russia's North Caucasus has been restored, the regional emergency services said Sunday.
On Sunday morning, 17 Dagestani districts that are home to some 471,000 people were left without electricity due to a power line breakage.
"At about 14:04 p.m. Moscow time (11:04 a.m. GMT), the breakage of the power line was repaired and work began to gradually reconnect consumers to the electric power grid," the emergency services said.
