ROSTOV-ON-DON, January 6 (RIA Novosti) - A woman and two children have been taken out of debris after part of a residential building collapsed in the Russian North Caucasus republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, emergencies services said Saturday.
No one is reported dead or injured, but some people could be under the debris, the Emergency Situations Ministry said.
A section of a three-story building, containing nine apartments, collapsed Saturday morning. A total of 86 rescuers and 20 machines are involved in the operation to clear the debris.
