ROSTOV-ON-DON, January 6 (RIA Novosti) - A woman and one child were taken out of debris after part of a residential building collapsed in Kabardino-Balkaria, the Russian North Caucasus republic's Interior Ministry said Saturday.
"A child in satisfactory condition and a woman in good condition were taken out of the debris," a spokeswoman said. "Both have been hospitalized."
No one is reported dead or injured, but some people could still be under the debris, the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry said earlier in the day.
A section of a three-story building, containing nine apartments, collapsed Saturday afternoon.
