MOSCOW, January 9 (RIA Novosti) - Credit institutions' balances on correspondent accounts with the Russian Central Bank totaled 678.4 billion rubles ($25.8 billion at the current exchange rates) at the beginning of the business day, up 6.4% (41 billion rubles/$1.6 billion) from January 1, the CBR said Monday.
