KIEV, January 16 (RIA Novosti) - A Ukrainian parliamentary member has been hospitalized after being shot while hunting in eastern Ukraine, the Kharkiv Region administration said Tuesday.
Yevgeny Kushnaryov, from the pro-Russian Party of Regions faction, lost a lot of blood and is currently in intensive care in the Izyum town hospital in the Kharkiv Region.
"He is being operated on. All the details will be revealed later," a source close to the MP said.
Kushnaryov's wounding appears to have been an accident.
