MOSCOW, January 24 (RIA Novosti) - Vnesheconombank (VEB) has bought 20% plus two shares in Terminal, a subsidiary of Aeroflot [RTS: AFLT], Russia's flagship air carrier said Wednesday.
The deal with the state-owned bank reduces Aeroflot's stake from 100% to 80%.
Terminal was established in 2005 to build a third terminal for Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport. The new facility, whose construction cost is estimated at $430 million, is to be commissioned in late 2007.
