MOSCOW, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - Bank Zenit has acquired 85.3% of the shares in Sochigazprombank, a subsidiary of Gazprombank, the bank said in a statement Friday.
The controlling stake was purchased by Bank Zenit from Gazprombank, a subsidiary of Russian energy giant Gazprom [RTS: GAZP].
Bank Zenit is on the list of the country's top 30 banks, published by the Central Bank of Russia.
