VORONEZH, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - Two explosions rocked the basement of a building under construction in Voronezh in central Russia but there have been no victims, the regional security service said Sunday.
According to preliminary data, two explosions equivalent to 1 kilogram of TNT occurred one after the other at 3:40 a.m. Moscow time (00:40 a.m. GMT) Sunday in the city's central district. The explosions damaged the building's load-carrying structures, the regional security service said.
A criminal investigation into the incident has been launched, the regional security service said.
