MOSCOW, February 25 (RIA Novosti) - Olga Zavyalova from Russia won the women's 2x7.5 km cross country pursuit event Sunday at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Sapporo, Japan.
Zavyalova finished in 41 minutes 27.5 seconds to win the gold medal. Czech skier Katerina Neumannova was 0.5 seconds back while the bronze medal went to Norway's Kristin Stoermer Steira who was 2.1 seconds behind the winner.
