VOLGOGRAD, March 10 (RIA Novosti) - Firefighters have put out fire at an oil refinery in the city of Volgograd in European Russia, local rescuers said Saturday, adding there were no victims.
Rescuers said the fire was caused by a petrol spill from a vacuum-sealed dispensing unit.
"The blaze covered an area of 500 square meters (5,400 square feet) around the primary oil refining equipment," the source said. The fire was extinguished in two hours.
