MOSCOW, March 15 (RIA Novosti) - The Central Bank of Russia has placed short-term bonds worth 74.14 billion rubles (about $2.8 billion) on the Moscow Inter-Bank Currency Exchange (MICEX), the CBR press office said Thursday.
Series N4-01-21BR0-7 bonds with a par value of 1,000 rubles (about $38.2) per bond out of the total bond issue worth 250 billion rubles (about $9.6 billion) were floated at an average-weighted interest rate of 5.36% per annum, and will be redeemed October 18, 2007, the CBR said.
