Kaczynski will meet with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili to discuss Georgia's bid to join NATO and ways of enhancing contacts between Tbilisi and the European Union.
The energy summit in Warsaw is expected to bring together the presidents of Poland, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine.
"These are countries that are interested in an oil project to extend the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline to Plock and Gdansk," the Polish leader said March 7 after a meeting with Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko.
The pipeline was originally designed to pump oil from the Caspian, or Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, to Europe.
Ukraine's Odessa-Brody section was completed in 2002 but suspended for lack of customers or suppliers until Yushchenko came to power in 2004. Talks are now proceeding on the pipeline's extension to Poland's Plock and Gdansk on the Baltic.
