DUSHANBE, June 16 (RIA Novosti) - There was a powerful explosion outside the Supreme Court building in the Tajik capital, emergency services said Saturday.
The blast, which occurred at 3:30 p.m. (11:30 a.m. GMT) in central Dushanbe, blew out windows on four floors of the building, but no one was hurt.
Emergency services and investigation teams from the Tajik State Security Ministry and Interior Ministry are working at the site, which has been cordoned off by police.
