MOSCOW, July 4 (RIA Novosti) - A pilot was killed and another injured Wednesday when a Russian border guard helicopter crashed near the border with Estonia, a regional police source told RIA Novosti.
A Mi-8 Hip helicopter carrying three crewmen and four passengers crashed about 1 p.m. Moscow time (9 a.m. GMT) near Lake Tyoploye, the first pilot was killed, the second injured, and the flight engineer and all passengers were unhurt, the source said.
The Russian border guard service is part of the FSB, the main agency providing state security.
