WARSAW, July 9 (RIA Novosti) - Police seized 1700 cannabis plants at a building in Lodz, in central Poland, worth over $400,000, arresting the 28-year-old man who had looked after the crop since January, a police spokesman said.
Miroslaw Micor said they arrested the crop owner when he came to water the plants, and after inquiries they discovered that he had been renting another property, where another plantation was found.
If found guilty the suspect could face up to ten years in prison.
