YEREVAN, July 31 (RIA Novosti) - Armenia's economy grew 11.2% year-on-year in the first six months of 2007, compared to 11.8% in the same period of last year, the South Caucasus republic's national statistics office said Tuesday.
Armenia's foreign trade grew 36.5% in the reporting period to $1.9 billion, the statistics office said.
The Armenian government projects the republic's GDP to grow 11% in 2007.
