MOSCOW, September 6 (RIA Novosti) -- Russian electricity monopoly Unified Energy System (UES) will sell its central office building, the Neftyanoi Dom business center, through a tender for at least $165 million, a company consultant said Thursday.
"At present, UES holds a 98.6% stake in Neftyanoi Dom. Work is currently in progress to increase the stake to 100%," said Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (C&W/S&R), which acts on behalf of UES.
The UES office center is to be sold in the fourth quarter of 2007 or the first quarter of 2008.
Neftyanoi Dom is a 23-floor class B office building in southwestern Moscow (built in 1996). The total area is 47,547 square meters. (511,791 square feet). It also includes a 400-slot parking facility and a land plot of 2.46 hectares (6 acres).
