ST. PETERSBURG, September 17 (RIA Novosti) - Three children died in a village in the St. Petersburg Region, when a fire broke out in a first-floor apartment, the local emergencies said Monday.
Preliminary reports say two of the children were three years old, the other was 18 months old.
The investigation into the case is underway.
