MOSCOW, October 8 (RIA Novosti) - Capital outflow from Russia stood at $10.8 billion in August-September 2007, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said on Monday.
However, the minister said the figure was not critical, as the country has seen capital inflow of more than $50 billion since the start of the year.
According to the Central Bank, net private capital outflow from Russia in the third quarter of 2007 totaled $9.4 billion. Outflow from companies in the non-financial sector reached $10.1 billion in the third quarter, while net capital inflow into banks was $0.7 billion.
