MOSCOW, October 14 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Sultan Ibragimov beat former world champion Evander Holyfield to retain his WBO heavyweight title on Saturday.
Two judges scored 117-111 and one judge had it 118-110 in favor of the Russian boxer who improved his record to 22 wins and one draw.
32-year-old Ibragimov first won the WBO heavyweight title in June 2007 after beating America's Shannon "The Cannon" Briggs n Atlantic City.
