MOSCOW, October 29 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from October 30 is 24.6983 rubles, down 7.39 kopeks from Saturday, the Central Bank said.

The official euro rate for Tuesday is 35.6248 rubles, up 6.68 kopeks from Saturday.
