MOSCOW, October 29 (RIA Novosti) - Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has announced plans to pay a working visit to Moscow on November 11-12, Russia's Security Council said on Monday.
Valentin Sobolev, Russia's acting Security Council secretary, currently on a working visit to New Delhi, has held meetings with a number of officials, including Mayankote Narayanan, the National Security advisor to the Indian premier, and officials from the country's foreign, defense and interior ministries.
The Security Council's press office said that Singh had received Sobolev earlier in the day.
"During meetings and consultations, the parties discussed bilateral cooperation issues, including Singh's upcoming visit to Moscow on November 11-12," the source said.
